- Pon tu hoja, embarra de masa, rellena de picadillo dobla las orillas luego de abajo hacia arriba como en la foto
- Aquí los de rajas. Pon igual la masa en la hoja rellena de rajas y queso. En casa estos los amarramos de las orilla para saber que son los de rajas
- Pon tu vaporera u olla con Agua a hervir. Que no rebase la parrilla. La parrilla es para que se cuezan al vapor. Acomoda tus tamales, tapa con hojas y la tapa de la olla, deja 2 horas aproximado. A fuego medio.
- En casa los cocemos en vaporera y en el fogón con leña. Después del tiempo de cocción, prueba si ya están cocidos y a disfrutar con su atole de tamarindo.
