  1. Picar y lavar las verduras. Rehogar en una cacerola con un poquito de aceite a fuego fuerte. Cuando la cebolla esté algo dorada agregar la carne picada. Cuando vemos que comenzó a largar jugo ya podemos condimentar y salar a gusto.
  2. Agregar el cubito de caldo o en mi caso como son caseros puse 4 ya que el sabor es suave y nada salado. Luego agregar la salsa de tomate y un poquito de agua. Tapar y cocinar a fuego medio hasta que esté cocida la carne.
  3. A los 20 minutos ya está así. Se hace muy rápido en la essen. Antes de apagar el fuego revisar si necesita más sal o más sabor algún condimento.
  4. Es ideal tener siempre un poco de tuco en el frezzer, en mi caso que trabajo muchas horas y no estoy al mediodía en casa me soluciona un montón. Para descongelar en la noche antes saco uno de los recipientes y lo dejo en la heladera. O a veces lo pongo directo en el microondas a descongelar y listo, lo acompaño con unos ricos spaghetti o ñoquis o arroz va bien con todo 😁
