En esta receta solo cambié algo. Tenia unos “wonton wraps” o láminas de wonton y decidí usarlos como las tapas para mis samosas. Si te gusta la comida de India te va a encantar esta variante. ***Parece que son muchos ingredientes pero la verdad es que no son muchos , son solo muchas especias 😉

- 1 paquete láminas de wonton
- 1 lb carne molida
- 2 papas grandes
- 2 cebollas picaditas
- 1 taza arvejas
- 2 cdas aceite
- Especias:
- 1/2 cdita comino
- 1 hoja laurel
- 4 dientes ajos machacados
- 1 cda polvo de jengibre
- 1/2 cdita pimienta
- 1 1/2 cdita sal
- 1 cdita comino
- 1 cdita coriander o cilantro en polvo
- 1 cdita cúrcuma
- 1 cdita polvo chili
- 1/2 cdita canela
- 1/2 cdita cardamom
- 2 cdas cilantro
- Aceite para freír
Steps to make to make Samosas (India)
- Hierve las papas ya peladas y picadas junto con las arvejas en agua con sal y cuando las papas estén listas sácalas y escurre el agua y maja todo
- Luego calienta las dos cdas de aceite en una olla grande y echa el comino con la hoja de laurel, las cebollas y la carne hasta que la cebolla este lista
- Luego le añades todas las especias. Revuelves y en unos minutos más añades el cilantro. Yo le añadí 1 cdita garam masala pero es opcional (receta en mi pagina)
- Luego añades la mezcla de la papa con las arvejas y unes todo
- Ahora en las láminas de wonton vas a poner una cucharada de la mezcla. Yo usé la de medir porque se me hizo más fácil. En la foto el wonton que usé
- Ahora lo cierras en forma de triángulo y le añades agua a las esquinas para que cierren bien y aprietas
- En aceite precalentado en fuego mediano las echas a freír hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados. Cuidado que no se te quemen se hacen súper rápido.
- Salen muchas. Si quieres puedes hacer parte y la otra puedes ponerla en el freezer y hacerlas otro día, igual si te sobro del relleno guardalo en el freezer
