  4. Ya que pase 1 hora la carne cociéndose, añade las verduras y dejamos cocer 30 minutos más.
  5. Ya que pasaron 30 min de que agregamos las verduras.
    En la licuadora vamos a moler los chiles guajillos que hidratamos previamente, 1 diente de ajo y 1/4 de cebolla y añadimos a la olla.Y también añadimos el ramito de cilantro.
  6. Y dejamos cocer 30 min más.
  7. A este punto han pasado aprox. 2 horas de que empezamos a cocer la carrne, así qye ya debe estar suave y cocida.
  8. Sirve el caldo, acompáñalo con unas gotas de limón.
    Salsa picante de tu preferencia, además de cilantro cebolla picados.
