  2. En un sartén aparte pongo a freír cebollas, tomate, salpimentar, agregar sal de ajo y agregar a las lentejas cuando ya estén blandas. Hacer. Bastante sofrito para echarle a las lentejas y conservar la mitad para las albóndigas.
  3. Para las albóndigas:
    En un recipiente sazona la carne molida a tu gusto, yo le puse finas hierbas, ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo, paprika, pimienta y un huevo.
