  3. En un wok o sartén hondo se pone a calentar el aceite y se agrega la pechuga, se saltea 5 minutos se sazona con un poca sal, soya y se retira.
  4. En el mismo wok se calientan 2 cdas de aceite y se agregan la cebolla, zanahoria, bambú, o jícama, hongos, apio y se sazonan con soya, un poco de sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo.
  5. Cuando están a medio cocinar se agrega el frijol de soya, se saltea y se agrega la pechuga. Se rectifica el sazón. No deben quedar muy cocidas, más bien crocantes.
  6. En media taza de agua se disuelve la maizena y se agrega al guisado para que espese y no quede líquido. Se deja enfriar (puede prepararse un día antes).
  7. Se rellenan las hojas de Harumaki y se pegan las orillas con agua y se sellan con un tenedor (opcional) no deben quedar muy llenas para que cierren perfectamente.
  8. Se fríen en aceite muy caliente, de dos el dos para que no se quemen y se escurren muy bien sobre papel de cocina.
