  5. Para el caldillo :
    Coloca los jitomates, la cebolla, los ajos y una taza de caldo de pollo en la licuadora y moler perfectamente.
  6. Fríe la salsa de tomate por unos 10 minutos hasta que empiece a espesar, agrega sal al gusto.
  7. En plato plano sirve el chile relleno con el caldillo caliente. Puedes acompañarlo con una guarnición de arroz
