- Tan pronto la olla silbe, cronometramos 20 minutos y apagamos la olla. Dejamos que este tranquila por 15 minutos, bajará su temperatura y cederá la presión interna, igual checas la válvula superior antes de abrir. Verificas el punto de cocción de la carne, pero seguro debe de estar suave, lista para comer.
- El arroz: en una cacerola, sofreímos el ajo y a penas doras agregas el agua y el caldo de maíz, sal y azúcar, dejas que rompa hervor por 2 minutos, agregas el maíz y el arroz lavado 3 veces. Dejas que todo hierva a fuego alto hasta que el nivel del agua baje el nivel del arroz, bajas el fuego a medio. Una vez el agua seque, tapas el arroz, bajas al mínimo y dejas cocer suave por 20 minutos sin destaparlo, NO LO TOQUES. Pasado el tiempo revisas la cocción, si le falta cocción tapas nuevamente.
