- Los ingredientes para 8 chiles son
- 8 chiles poblanos
- 5 huevos
- 100 grs harina de trigo
- 1/2 kilo carne molida de res
- 1 jitomate partido en cuadritos

- 2 cucharaditas consomé de pollo en polvo
- 2 cucharadas azúcar glass o impalpable
- 1/2 litro crema
- 1/2 litro aceite

- 2 duraznos
- 1 manzana
- 1 pera
- 1/2 plátano macho
- 50 gramos almendras
- 50 grs pasas
- 150 grs nuez normal

- Tostar los chiles en el fuego, dejarlos sudar en una bolsa de plástico durante 20 minutos
- Pelar los chiles, retirar las semillas y lavarlos

- Para preparar la nogada - Licuar la crema junto con el azúcar glass y las nueces
