    5. Cubrimos la masa y la dejamos reposar mientras preparamos el relleno.
  2. El relleno:
    1. Cortamos la cebolla muy finamente y la ponemos en un bol.
    2. Añadimos los pimientos de vuestro gusto (verdes, rojos, amarillos) cortados muy finitos también.
    3. Agregamos la carne picada.
  3. Agregamos el perejil y el cilantro picados, el aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, comino, pimentón, el tomate concentrado. Mezclar bien y reservar.
  4. Cogemos nuestra masa, la dividimos por dos y luego cada parte, la ponemos en forma de un rollo largo y cortamos porciones pequeñitas y formamos bolitas. Aplanamos con el rodillo las bolitas y damos forma de círculo, rellenamos con el relleno.
  5. Cerramos la empanadillas doblando los dos extremos derechos e izquierdos y dejando el relleno en el centro sin cubrir con la masa.
  6. Ponemos todas las empanadillas en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel vegetal.
    Horneamos a 180ºC (calor sólo abajo) poniendo la bandeja en la parte inferior del horno durante unos 10 min, luego subimos la bandeja al centro del horno y encendemos también el calor por la parte de arriba y horneamos otros 6-8 minutos más o hasta que queden ligeramente dorados.
