- mitad de una cebolla
- 1 taza arroz
- 1/4 de hierbabuena
- para el caldo
- 3 papas
- 1 chayote

- 1 manojo chiquito de cilantro
- 5 jitomates
- al gusto sal

- Pica las zanahorias y las papas. Las papas yo las corte en cuatro partes yo me asegure que estuvieran bien lavadas porque van ir asi con todo y tecata
- Corta las calabazas. Yo las corte ala mitad y despues ya nomas lo corte horizontalmente
- El chayote lo pele todo para quitarle la tecata y luego lo corte ala mitad verticalmente y ya nomas con cada mitad lo corte en tres pedasos verticalmente y luego lo pique horizontalmente y ponganlo en un toper y haganlo a un lado para hacer lo de las albondigas
- Luego para las albondigas quedras picar la cebolla y el jitomate
- Agregaselo al bol donde tengas la carne molida
- Luego pica la hierbabuena en pedasitos chiquitos y agregaselo al bol al igual
- Agregale el huevo y mixtealo un poco el huevo nos va ayudar para que se pegue todo junto y no se debaraten cuando se esten cociendo
- Ya que lo haigas mixteado un poco agregale el arroz y sal al gusto yo lo hice con la mano pero si ustedes no quieren haganlo con una cuchara o ponganse wantes pa que no se ensucien las manos pero al final se las van a tener que ensuciar porque necesitas hacerlas en bolitas
- Con los 5 jitomates que tienes ponlos en una liquadora con 2 tazas de agua y muelelos
- En la hoya donde vayas a cocer todo agregale agua hasta la mitad de la hoya y agregale la verfura junto con los jitomates que molimos
- De este size hice yo mis albondigas ami me salieron 28 albondigas si quieres las puedes hacer mas chiquitas para que salgan mas pero traten de no hacerlas mas grandes para que no se vayan a desbaratar cuando se esten cociendo
- Agregale el cilantro mientras lo estes cociendo solo para darle un buen sabor y agreguenle sal al gusto
