  1. Ponemos a hervir el agua para cocer nuestra pasta con 1 cda de sal y una de aceite de oliva, ya que esté hirviendo ponemos nuestra pasta a cocer por 20mn, colamos y enjuagamos con agua fría para que quede al dente.
  2. Sazonamos la carne molida con pimienta, ajo en polvo y sal; añadimos el huevo y la zanahoria finamente picada, mezclamos haciendo una pasta homogénea, una vez lista empezamos hacer nuestra albóndigas del tamaño de una bola de golf, freímos con el aceite de oliva a fuego medio solo un poco para que sellen, se terminaran de cocer con la salsa.
  3. Ponemos en una cacerola un chorrito de aceite de oliva y un diente de ajo finamente picado para que agarre sazón, una vez que el ajo soltó el sabor ponemos a hervir el puré de tomate con todas las especies que les indique en los ingredientes (orégano, pimienta, perejil, laurel y romero), le agregamos un chorrito de vino blanco dejamos hervir a fuego muy lento para que suelten todos los aromas las especies una vez que haya hervido le colocamos las albóndigas y dejamos hervir a fuego lento (10mn)
  4. Una vez lista la salsa con las albóndigas, en un sartén colocamos la mantequilla y el ajo picado restantes a fuego medio, le incorporamos la pasta y movemos hasta que quede bien bañada de la mantequilla con ajo, una vez que quede lista apagamos el fuego.
  5. Por último servimos la pasta deseada, colocamos las albóndigas deseadas y bañamos con la salsa marinara, colocamos una ramita de perejil fresco para decorar, les recomiendo acompañarla con pan de ajo y listo! Espero lo disfruten, Bon appetit🌻
