- A continuación vamos haciendo bolas, en mi caso me gustan pequeñas, y las pasamos por harina y huevo batido (2). Y las vamos friendo hasta que tengan color tostadito. Las reservamos con papel absorbente
- Colamos un poco del aceite que hemos usado y lo ponemos en una cazuela.
- Cortamos en trocitos muy pequeños una cebolla, dos zanahorias y un diente de ajo (yo lo prenso)
- Cuando el aceite de la cazuela está caliente lo añadimos, y dejamos que vaya pochándose. Añadimos también la hoja de laurel, un poco de ñora triturada, un poco de curry y sal.
Cuando ya está la cebolla transparente, añadimos una cucharada de harina. Removemos. - A continuación el medio vaso de vino, pones el fuego alto para que se evapore el alcohol.
- Añadimos las albóndigas y cubrimos con agua. Añadimos un poco de cúrcuma, una pastilla de caldo de carne y el tomate frito.
- Se pone a cocer a fuego bajo durante aproximadamente 1 hora o 1 hora y media, removiendo de vez en cuando para que no se peguen en el fondo.
