- Una vez que echamos el corazón del zapallo italiano a la carne molida lo dejamos que se mezclen los sabores y vamos al relleno de los zapallitos
- Mientras se enfria un poquito la carne, enmantequillamos una asadera con la margarina o mantequilla, es solo para que no se pegue y de otro toque, luego colocamos los zapallitos adentro y comenzamos el relleno. Una vez terminado colocamos el queso encima y al horno por unos 10 min. Aprox hasta que se dore el queso. Y a Comeeer.!!
