  7. Añadimos las alubias (previamente lavados con agua en un colador). Agregamos agua hasta cubrir y dejamos hervir unos 3-5 min. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar.
  8. Servir como plato único acompañado de una buena ensalada. O con arroz creando el plato Moros y Cristianos.
